At Unbox A Shirt, we want our mystery football shirt subscriptions to be flexible and hassle-free.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or minimum commitment.

To cancel, simply log in to your customer account and manage your subscription through our subscription portal.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team for assistance.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew according to your selected delivery frequency (monthly, every two months or every three months).

To avoid being charged for your next mystery box, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled payment is processed.

Orders Already Processed

Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.

Any requests to cancel or return an existing order will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Pausing or Skipping Deliveries

Where available, customers may pause their subscription or skip an upcoming delivery through their subscription management portal.
